CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY A 60% cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours short notice , same-day cancellations or no-shows for scheduled appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. Deposits will not be applied toward cancellation fees, as they are used to reserve your appointment time. TRIAL POLICY • All trial services are non-refundable. • Trials are optional and not required to secure a booking. • Booking a trial does not obligate you to book services for your event. • Choosing not to book after a trial will not result in any refund. BRIDAL SERVICES • Retainer fees are non-refundable. • Bridal trials are non-refundable. • Bridal day cancellations must be made at least 1 month prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 1 month will be charged 60% of the total service amount. A minimum booking requirement of 7 people or more applies for all events. For smaller parties, a minimum service fee of $100 will be added to meet the booking minimum.” BRIDAL PARTY If a bridesmaid cancels within 3 weeks of the scheduled appointment date, the full service amount will still be charged, even if the service is not performed. Bridal party services are discounted as part of the package and reserved specifically for the event date. Early travel fee before 8 am $90 extra
